MUSIC WHILE TRAINING

I decided to do my full body workout tomorrow instead, and use this sunny Friday for restitution. Because of that, I don`t have a great deal to write about today. But what I do have, is a list of motivating music that I would really like to share with you!
These are some of my personal favourits. It`s not like the top 10 that I did last time around. I figured out that I can`t compare these songs up to one another.
Bellow you will see the songs, and that they lean more towards house, techno and hardstyle then to the usual rock and hip that I have the impression many people listen to during their workouts. (I find motivation through bass)

Top 10 songs that motivates me during training.

Before my workout today I want to list some of the songs I listen to while training. A lot of these songs are used by the trainers at Barry`s and some of the songs I have found myself.
Some of these songs have strongly motivated me through heavy exercises at the bootcamp and it might just motivate you too.

I also want to write down a quick trick while i`m at it. This trick can be used on the floor while lifting or on the treadmill. Though I useally use it on the treadmill as I find this trick extremely effective while runnig.
So say your on the treadmill and your running towards a sprint. Maybe you have been running at the same pace for the last 4 minutes and you are starting to get tired, unfocused and demotivated. You have a 1 minute sprint coming up in 30 seconds. This is the point were a good song is vitale. As the sprint starts I really focus on getting my legs to follow the bassline of the song. The motivation you earn from it may last for the remaining exercies!
